ok, i dont see this as a problem, but my mom seriously threatens to take me to a counselor, but i refuse...what should i do?...heres the issue;
all i can think about is looosing weight (typical, right?)...well my very last thought of the day is..."okay, tomorrow, i am having a good day, and i will eat nothing all day"...first thought in the morning..."okay, today is here and i am going to make it a good day, i CANNOT eat anything today, only water..."
often times my complection gets bad (typical, i know) but i get depressed reall easy, and one day while it was just me and my mom, out of the blue i turned to her and asked "mom is it hard to love me when i look like this?" sha bout broke down in tears saying she feels so horrible that i would ever think such a thing....WHATS WRONG WITH ME? why cant i change!
and a secret of mine, i look at stick skinny as beauty, even though it isnt...but thats EXACTLY what i want...STICK SKINNY!..please help!

wow that sounds difficult. I don't think there is much that you can do for your attitude towards yourself besides keeping yourself positive! Not as easy as it sounds, right?... well, you should just remember that "science has proven" (dorky, huh?!?! lol) that if you eat breakfast, you lose weight a lot better during the day! and you should just have like an apple or something when you are hungry. It's great that you drink a lot of water because it reverses the make-up of fatty molecules! so that's a plus that you have already gotten.... just have a big glass of water before meals or snacks, and you will get full really fast!!!
I know I sound stupid and what I told you is what everyone will, but it's only the truth. don't think of becoming anorexic... just try to eat healthier (helps your metabolism stay up so you burn fat faster!) and exercise like your health teacher would say... lol... I don't know,... just don't be so hard on yourself... get at least 8 hours of sleep each night... (this helps you loose weight too!!!) and then you will be happier and more awake during the day.... so sorry that I sound like a health teacher, but I have found out that it's all true...
hope I could help you and stay on the bright side! and you just might need help... I'm no counselor, so I won't be able to fix you at all... I agree with the others as well!

I get easily depressed too, and I usually don't eat anything. My mom does the same as your mom, but she doesn't know my school well enough to even know there's a counsoler. If you KNOW that "stick skinny" isnt beauty, but if you WANT to be "stick skinny" then it's up to you. From what you said, you know that it's bad for you, and you know it's not healthy, and I hope you'll reach a point where to look back at what you did, and really think about it. Right now, it's all up to you, no matter what other people say, it ends up with you wanting to change your "problem", and if you don't want to, nothing can change the way you think.

This is EXACTLY what I went through, and at the end of the day I would also get depressed because I couldn't not eat at least something. I never got full blown anoerexia because I decided to talk to the counselor, trust me, she'll help you get rid of these thoughts. Get help before they start controlling your life and you develop an eating disorder.

Before this goes any further, please go as quickly as possible to talk to someone. You have your mind set on being stick thin, and after all that's what society keeps telling us is beautiful. Everyone is beautiful, you don't have to be a stick. You need to think healthy! Your still growing and if you deprive your body of what it needs, who knows what can happen? If you made you mom cry, don't you think maybe some help would be useful? Good Luck!!

heres the problem...
ur stuck in a loop where u can never satisfy urself
wat i suggest u do is on some weekend soon, u should just sit down outside and look at the sky
trust me it helps
just forget all ur problems for a while and just have a quiet moment and look at the sky
whenever i do it, i always ask myself y i am they way i am
in the end, i always feel better

no i'm sure that you want to be STICK SKINNY just because you see models on TV and you wanna be like them, believe me honey, you don't wanna try to look like those ***** on TV cuz you know what, it's all fake!!!
but if it's not that then yes you do need to see a counselor...just try it, if you don't like don't come back
