No particular height. A dwarf is allowed to drive a car. They use specially made products to help them reach the pedals and stuff

I know of no requirements for this. You have to be able to work the pedals and see out of the car. I have seen some really short people driving cars. They look out through the steering wheel.

there is no height restriction on driving. Some cars are specially modified to have hand controls so you wouldn't have to reach pedals.

no st heights as i know of. if you are very shoer, you can adjust the pedals, or pot blocks on them so you can reach them, and seay can be lifted, or use oillows. anything is possible. dont sweat it.
