Years ago I worked for a Dermatologist who advised using a good antiperspirant, a clear jel on the palms or feet for excess perspiration. I know it sound dumb but put it on every day for a week and then the next week you can cut a day out at a time so you only do this once a week. It works.

there is a surgery but its expensive other then that nothing really walk like a pimp, to keep fanning them
