Going to Hawaii for my 25th birthday. Can anyone recommend a reasonably price hotel in Hawaii? Hotels located near shopping centers, attractions, ect. would also be cool! Thank you

If you're going to Oahu you can stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village on Waikiki. It has a bus stop that all the tour buses stop at. Very near shopping...attractions and it's right on the beach! HAVE FUN!

Go to www.vrbo.com, they have thousands of privately owned condo/hotel rooms that usually work out cheaper than booking through the hotel itself. Island Colony on Seaside Ave or Royal Garden on Olohana are nice, nothing fancy but you probably won't be spending too much time in the hotel anyway! Most buses go through Waikiki so it's very easy to get to shopping centers, attractions etc. from any hotel in Waikiki. If you go to Kauai, the Kauai Coconut Plaza is gorgeous if you get a room on the top floor.

Although I agree that the Hawaiian Hilton Village is very nice, it's not 'reasonably priced'.

If you want to be in the middle of everything, right across the street from Waikiki, try the Pacific Beach Hotel. It's clean, has a great aquarium, right across from the main part of Waikiki.

Ala Moana Hotel definitely. The hotel is next to the Ala Moana Shopping Center which is 3 floors of shopping paradise. It is a short drive to Waikiki and convenient to restaurants.

For great value and location, I love the Park Shore Waikiki. You can get a room with a view of Diamond Head and Queens Beach. Sometimes you can even see a bit of the zoo.
I've stayed there twice, and love being on the quiet end of things, just on the edge of all that Waikiki is famous for. See their website below. You can often get a room for $89 or so.

The Hyatt in Waikiki is a very beautiful place and it is located in the middle of all the main attractions. Any Hotel along the main strip of Waikiki beach are nice.

If you go to the big island i would reccomend staying at the Waikoloa Resort. It's about $300 a night but worth every penny. Check out the site as well.

If youre looking for a much cheaper place to stay on the big island i would go to King Kamehameha. It's a very nice hotel as well.

I would say the Aqua Spa & Resort, it is right on Ala Moana blvd which is near mcdonalds, the abc store, red lobster, the beach, wal mart, and the ala moana mall, you can also find a harbor for boats within walking distance and a great view of the mountains.
