I don't think it's necessary to marinate lamb chops. The best way to cook them is fast, over high heat. I drizzle extra virgin olive oil in the pan and when it is ready, put the lamb chops in. Let them cook for just a few minutes and then turn them over. Apply salt and pepper at this point. After the second side has cooked for a few minutes, add some nice port, brandy or other flavorful liquid. This will create a sauce. Let the sauce cook down, turn the chops over to get sauce on the second size and there you are, it's done. Lamb chops should be served mid-rare at the most.
Bon appetite!

Marinade for Lamb
2 lemons squeezed
2 tsp of lemon skin cut very fine
3 cloves of fresh garlic minced fine
Pepper and Salt
Chopped Parsley
3 tbs of Olive Oil
1/4 Cup of White Wine
You can use this marinade for Leg of Lamb and Lamb Chops. Marinate the chops for at least 3 hours and then broil on barbecue or bake in oven.

Lamb chops are gentle. I wouldn't recommend a vinagrette for a marinade. Just a little salt and pepper. Grill to medium, then top with an herb pesto, herb butter, or (gasp) mint jelly (not my favorite). Enjoy.

Yes, but I usually do it with lamb kebabs.
Lamb chops need nothing more than salt, pepper, and a little thyme.

Scrape the marinade off as much as attainable, yet reserve to make a sauce in case you want. Preheat the grill and line the pan with a chew of foil. you are able to desire to grease the foil (excuse the alliteration!) and placed chops on sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill the two factors for till lamb carried out on your liking!

for only about half an hour , it should be good. the vinaigrette is vinegar based and can turn meat sour if left much longer than that. you could also baste the meat while its cooking with the vinaigrette.
