I only hate it when they quote 3 pages of it to answer one single question. I'd rather have 2 sentences of personal opinion than 3 pages of bible verses.

Depends on the person and the intent of the question. I know I try to answer as concisely and short as possible. I find all too often though people ask LONG Answer questions that can only be answered with long answers, or they ask a question about my belief in the Bible that I feel can only be represented by the Bible.

All answers that we seek are in the word. Which, is the scriptures of the bible. The word is always close to you. So, when you speak the word you speak the truth. Who am I to question the Holy Spirit if I am instructed to answer a question with scripture. I will not apologize for keeping the word of God in my mouth.

Scripture sometimes is applicable to what is being asked, such as HIS word does not return void. Which means even if you do not like it Gods word will make a impact regardless.

Thats because we, as Christians, follow the words of the Bible - so therefore our replies are based on the Bible.

Are we to come up with our own "scripture"? Don't ask questions about Christianity if you don't want scriptural answers. After all, the scriptures guide us.Well, most of us.

Depends on the question.
I'd rather answer with a song, personally; there's a song for everything.
Maybe there's a scripture for everything, too?
There's an idea.

I won't quote you any scripture in any question I answer.
Well, unless you ask me a question about scripture. *lol*
