Neither the bible nor Jehovah's Witnesses disallow romantic kissing between married or unmarried persons, although they do encourage a dignified view of dating as preparation for marriage. Even so-called "french kissing" or "soul kissing" is not explicitly prohibited, although a Christian must be careful to respect the sensibilities of the community and family, and the dignity of his potential spouse.
The absence of an explicit prohibition is hardly an excuse for a true Christian to ignore the potential of sexual desires.
(Romans 6:12-15) Therefore do not let sin continue to rule as king in your mortal bodies that you should obey their desires. Neither go on presenting your [body] members to sin... You are not under law but under undeserved kindness. What follows? Shall we commit a sin because we are not under law but under undeserved kindness? Never may that happen!
(Colossians 3:5) Deaden, therefore, your body members that are upon the earth as respects fornication, uncleanness, sexual appetite
(Romans 13:14) But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not be planning ahead for the desires of the flesh.
A baptized Christian who kisses a person (other than his spouse) on the breasts or genitals (or as part of a "whole body experience" specifically intended to stimulate a sexual response) likely commits "uncleanness" and/or "loose conduct". If genital "kissing" is intended to provide sexual gratification, it is by definition "fornication" according to the biblical sense of the term. Fornication, loose conduct, and gross uncleanness are all considered "serious sin" by Christians such as Jehovah's Witnesses.
(2 Corinthians 12:21) Mourn over many of those who formerly sinned but have not repented over their uncleanness and fornication and loose conduct that they have practiced.
(Galatians 5:19-21) Now the works of the flesh are manifest, and they are fornication, uncleanness, loose conduct... those who practice such things will not inherit God’s kingdom.

Lol, it's funny you should ask that seeing as though I wondered the same thing a few years back. But now that I am one, I learned that the answer to that question would be yes;after all, how would you know what to do on your wedding day if you hadn't practiced beforehand? I mean we're not a secret society that can't be diluted... So yes, JW's are allowed to kiss before marriage.

Yes we are allowed to kiss. Both Platonic and romantic. My mother kissed all three of us boys growing up. As for romantic kissing we do feel this is best left within the confines of marriage/dating, which is the precursor of marriage. The Bible shows that SEX is to only happen between Husband and Wife, however there is nothing wrong with kissing, in and of itself, between boyfriend and girlfriend.
The source for concern comes from people becoming excited during kissing, and this, if not handled carefully, leading to premarital sex.
