for the past two days i have been getting a shooting pain in my right temple area. it comes and goes but it shoots and is really painful. ive taken pain killers and its still going on. any ideas?

hun it sounds kinda like u need a route canal done, teeth will do that to ya. Also maybe possibly from ur neck? injury? get it checked could be serious. good luck and i hope u feel better!!

you could be experiencing a migraine if it's only on the right side around the temple area go see your doctor and tell him your symptoms he may subscribe a medication to take.

Sounds like an ear infection sogoto dr and he will give you a shot and some meds, Good Luck

Well, it could be nothing, but it could also be a sign of something serious, like a possible anurism. I would get to the doctor asap and have it checked out - seriously !

Headaches are nothing to mess around with. It could be a tension headache, but it could also be something more serious. If the pain continues or worsens, please see your Dr.

well.... try recalling what you ate prior to the shooting pain.
it is possible that you ate too much of something.
