do most tattoo parlors that are started and have a good plan succeed or fail?

Sadly, piercing and tattoo parlors have to really struggle to stay afloat. I know several tattoo artists who can barely make rent.

if the parlor is run right and 100% effort is put into it then i will succeed but only if u give it your all.

It all depends on the particular shop. Good artists will generally be able to find work.
