This really does not sound healthy to me.

According to wikipedia,
Eating raw eggs can be hazardous, with the most obvious problem being the risk of salmonella. In addition, the protein in raw eggs are only 51% bio-available, whereas a cooked egg is nearer 91% bio-available, meaning the protein of cooked eggs is nearly twice as absorbable as the protein from raw eggs.[1]

Protein can be gotten in many other ways. Try eatting more nuts in your diet. A can a week of almonds and peanuts. Snack on sunflower seeds. Change your bread to bread that has more protein and fiber.

Or go to the store and buy protein powder. You can then add that to any beverage without affecting the taste too much.

However I doubt you have a lack of protein in your diet. If you eat meat, you probably get more than enough. Muscle builds slowly.

it can sound extraordinary, yet slightly pancake syrup on the fringe of your plate to mix with the scrambled eggs or why no longer go all out as I do and pour all of it over the eggs. scrumptious! some human beings positioned ketchup or tabasco or chopped nacho-type jalapeno pickled peppers, in case you want highly spiced foodstuff.
