I play soccer and my feet are covered in blood blisters. They hurt really bad! A freind told me to pop them with a needle but im have thing with needles. I cant make myself do it, Im needle-phobic. Is there anthor way to get rid of them?

soak your feet in slat water, the salt dries out the skin causing the blisters to pop faster, it also forces it to calus (spelling) faster.

I usually get blood blisters on my hands. They come from pinching of the skin and the blood wants to escape but can't so it forms a blister. Generally, I leave them alone and within a day or so they go down and will pick off kinda like a scab or you can just wait forever until they go on their own.

This might be enough of a difference to help you to not be so squeamish about it. Get a pair of nail clippers and "sterilize" the clipper part with a lighter for about 10 seconds. Be careful to not burn yourself, let the metal cool off then use that to clip the skin.

Hopefully that will help you avoid an actual needle.
