Its ok. Don't worry unless there's blood.
This is because you are still 12 and your teeth are still growing. If it becomes unaligned, then you should see a dentist.

Avoid touching your tooth or your mouth because not only can you furthur damage your teeth, you can also get sick from bacteria found on basically everywhere and basketballs too.

By the way, you can't lose a permanent tooth from being elbowed unless the person who elbowed you was someone that could pick up buses with one hand.

If you hit it hard you could of broke it under the gum line. Have a dentist check it out so you don't get an infection. If it is broken the sooner you go to the dentist the better chance they have of saving it. I don't wanna scare you, but don't worry any tooth can be fixed one way or another.

simple really dont mess with it. the more you play with it the more its going to wiggle. if you keep playing with it. IT WILL fall out. so dont touch it. just leave it be.

Also Id suggest seeing a dentist.

some of my teeth have been wiggling for years the key is to not touch them.

You can try rising your mouth with salt water several times a day. However, you should tell your Mom so that she can take you to the dentist (I know you said you didn't want to). However, you don't want to lose a permanent tooth.
