Prejudice is irrational.
The world would be a much better place without it.
Unfortunately, it's in human nature to judge other people, to find fault in others and to make generalizations.

It takes a more intelligent and rational person to accept each person for who they are.
There are good people and there are bad people of every race, religion, nationality and sexual orientation.
Good people sometimes do bad things, just as bad people sometimes do good things.
I wouldn't want someone to judge me based on any mistakes I've made. I wouldn't want anyone to judge me based on my race, religion or nationality. So I do do my very best not to judge others.

I think that everyone has some kind of prejudice, even when they think they don't. It is natural. Every race and culture has some ideas about other races and cultures.

Some prejudices are just overgeneralizing and lumping all people into a category because of some experience you have had. This was probably important at one time for people to survive. For example, if strangers shot you with arrows one time, you might decide all strangers were really dangerous. So you would avoid them.

Anyway, it is how you react to your own prejudices that matter. You might have an idea about how "those people" act, but you should never let that get in the way of meeting someone new and giving them a chance without judging them

Everyone is prejudiced or biased to some degree. It can be a mechanism that provides self protection.
That being said, I think we should try to overcome many of the prejudices we hold( as those against a certain race or class of people, etc), because if we don't, we miss out on valuable life experiences.

I am NOT predudice and never have been. I think everyone is just as equall as the other. The color or race doesn't change it. When someone gets cut, thier blood is usually red just like everyone else. I think prejudice is very bad.

i feel prejudice is highly overrated. some ppl use it as a mask.
oh, woe is me kind of thing. i don't think it exists as much as ppl say. when it's real it's wrong and should be dealt with.
when it's not (the whole "race card" ideal) it should be dismissed without a second thought.

It is unfortunate, but it is entrench throughout history. It's a waste of energy, it is counterproductive, and is steeped in the world's culture. It is not limited to social status, nor is it limited to ethnicity. Wish it wasn't so, but until the world views everyone as having value, then it will continue.

I hate all prejudice, bigotry, and closed minded people in general. In fact, anyone that disagrees with me on that point is obviously an intolerable idiot.
