i need to know about wat year did radioactive things start and when did the kyoto agreement begin

Radioactivity has been around since the earth has been around. However in the 1800's Madame Curie began experimenting with Isotopes of uranium (I think) and is credited with the discovery that led the way for the X-Ray.
