First of all, as the other poster said, see a doctor to find out what is causing this problem. In the meantime, get yourself some Depends. They have "pull-up" which feel much more like underwear and not like diapers. You can also get absorbent pads (disposable or washable) that go on top of your sheet to minimize laundry. If you wake up in time but can't get out of bed in time, you might try going in a urinal. Limiting fluids prior to bedtime is a good idea -- drink your fluids earlier in the day.

I hope your doctor is able to figure out what is going on and can do something about it. Good luck.

You could have overactive bladder issues, is short of seeing a doctor, stop drinking all fluids 2 hours before bed, especially coffee and soda. Be sure to empty your bladder before going to bed, whether you feel the urge or not. Also try to urinate before and after ejaculation. If this does not help, see a doctor, there are pills that can help. Good luck!
