has anyone used manic panic flash lightning bleach kit?

yes it does work be careful on your timing it does not take long at all. It can fry your hair. I sit in front of the mirror to make sure it doesn't. Start with the ends and work your way up

It works well, but if you have Asian or Native American hair, you'll likely have to bleach it twice (it's the hardest to strip apparently.) I had to do that with mine when I bleached it, and then put the toner on afterward.
