good location, clean and licesed artists,(good artists with experience behind them) is a must. being polite is common sense when u are running any type of business if u want the customers to come back. appointments are very common if the customer wants a large piece as the artist has to book the time but walk ins are also a plus. a good piercer is also a plus. as for the big screen tv's u are not running a movie theather. same with the snack and pop machine's your not running a snack shop. just remember u want your shop to stay clean and if u have food there it won't stay clean for very long.

It's not a carnival..
Piercing is usually done
in a separate room.
Most artist would be
annoyed with a TV in
the shop, much less 4.
A shop cost plenty and
there is usually not enough
room for everything as is.
a snack bar...it would
just be in the way.
Successful , If you can
stick to the basics. Being
clean, up to date, and
the best talent you can find.
Giving your costumers what
they want and treating people
with respect, so they want to
come back for more work.

In a lot of states the whole snack machine idea wouldn't fly. There's a lot of health regulations to deal with. You don't need all the bells and whistles for a good shop, just good prices and good artists.

Yes, but it would also help (a lot) if you advertise (internet, billboards, tell everyone you know and have them tell everyone they know, etc.) and maybe post pictures of some of the tattoos on ratemyink.com, as long as the customers will let you post their pictures.

Possibly, it really would depend on word of mouth and prices.

As long as the demand is there, then with what you have stated I would say yes!
