He doesn't want you to fall in love with him
He's a player and he's going to break your heart. He puts that in so he can say "I told you not to fall in love with me" later
But yeah - he likes you

Well isnt that the most confusing thing ever. The guy obviously just cares aobut you or else he wouldnt say that whole little i dont mean that in the way you think.

Maybe he's interested in you, but doesn't want to SEEM interested because he's afraid of rejection. When he does it the next time say something like "That's too bad..." (that is, if you're brave!)
Just see how it goes. If he seems really flirty, just flirt back!

he means he doesn't love you. he probably just means he loves you like a sister but not as a girlfriend. my friend and I say i love you all the time to eachother but just like a sister. thats all.

maybe he does and just doesnt want to rush things, or maybe he is scared to get into a relationship with u just yet because he is scoping out his options, or maybe he loves u as a freind, which i kinda doubt, but its possible. anyhow, u sound too yound to date.
