my cousin wants to do a tattoo of his name in hindi but we don't know what it would look like or how it is written

Actually since English pronounciation of the first N is somewhat different than its Sanskrit pronounciation would be expected in same word, mind that the dot above V would not be appropriate, it's much more nasalised. It is like this:

विन्स्टन = Hindi Devanagari
विन्स्टन् = Sanskrit Devanagari

your name is the same in all languages, unless you mean the hindi version of winston?
