I have 4 adult cats in my house and 2 kittens..Whenever I lay on my chair in my living room. One of my adult Cats Will lay upon my belly this is a recent thing he has started. Our 2 kittens will do the same. I have taken a pregnancy test with the doctors. Yet my cats reactions to me have changed. This is something they have never done. especially the adult cat. He wont sit anywhere else when I am on the chair but my belly. Could I be pregnant despite what the doctors say?

This is very common, however different ideas to why they do it.
Would be the movement of baby, could be the warmth (you are always warmer when preg) could be hormones (pheromones of pregnancy)
Doctors tests can be incorrect a friend of mine had 3 tests at doctors and all showed neg however she was preg and the 4th test showed she was.
Also if you are further along sometimes your hormones have changed already and the urine test comes back neg as that hormone has dropped off.
Get blood test / ultrasound

A cat's reaction may not be the best way to determine whether or not you're pregnant. A doctor's blood test would.

Cats could be sitting on your belly for one of many reasons. But it doesn't just mean pregnancy.

Does it mean you could be? If the doctor never did a blood test, sure. Does it ABSOLUTELY mean you're pregnant? No.

If you're under more stress than normal, you're cats could be trying to just give you comfort. Whenever I have a stressful day or am upset about something, my cats become more affectionate. Mine will also lay on the center of my back when I go to bed after a rough/stressful day--it's must be their way of saying "return ot the center of you-back to normalcy." Cats seem to have this inate sense to want to help in these matters and this is the best way they know how.

But just to be on the smart side-go do the bloodtest.

No, a blood test can detect pregnancy almost immediately. The cat's might sense that you are upset and that could have an affect on them, but I don't think they would know that you are pregnant before a test confirmed it.

Not neccesarily but they can detect that you're stressed, and the fact that your belly is warm (=.
