I like this guy ....right?... Im use to talking to guys first than they do the rest ,and i know he likes me.he keeps on telling everyone.so its ben around like 4 times.hes deaf so its hard NOT knowing what hes saying!and i don't know how to like talk to him.not like i dont know sign langwidge .i do half of my familiy is deaf but i dunno what to do just be like "Hi Robby what ya doing?" that would make me look stupid.

Go ahead and "Look Stupid". If you want him to talk to you don't let your fear of embarrassment keep you from getting what you want.
Just say Hi.

He might be shy. He might be worried that you won't like the deaf guy.
Approach him some more.
What's stupid about "Hi Robby, what ya doing?"
That's pretty much a standard greeting. Spend a bit of time. See if he's comfortable with you - you are obviously comfortable with him. Draw him out a little.

I hope your sign language is easier to understand than your written language. Maybe that's the problem. From what I can gather, you've been giving him several openings to ask you out and he hasn't taken them, yet you're pretty sure he's interested. My advice is to you then is to take the bull by the horns and ask HIM out. That's what I had to do with my husband when I found myself in the same situation. He accepted, we went out and we'll be married 14 years this October!

With your left hand, touch your index finger and your thumb together, making an "o" shape. With your right hand, extend your index finger and insert it through the "o" you made with your left hand, then draw it back and forth...all the while lick your lips and gently bite your lower lip, add some exaggerated kissing gestures and a not-so-subtle wink or two, he should understand that sign language...hope this helps - good luck!

If you're sure that he likes you just walk up to him and say something like "hey i heard that you like me and i wanted to tell you that i like you too. Would you like to go out sometime?" I can't speak for other guys but that would be enough to get my attention.

Make friends with him and spend lots of time with him. Eventually, he will come around when he feels closer to you. Maybe he is shy.
