I want a dark blue that's almost black. I don't want anything too expensive. Recommend me something plz?

Manic Panic brand Blue-Black. It works really well. I used After Midnight Blue and it's still in my almost-black hair. I dyed in last August. (but now it's more green). www.manicpanic.com

Shave all your hair, and you will not need to spend any money on blue, green, or red dyes.

Go to sallys and they have several different blue, both permanent and semi-permanent. The people who work at sallys have there cosmetology license and have alot of knowledge ask them!
