It depends on many factors. Do you do sports after school? Do you watch T.V. all day long? Do you walk home, or are you driven? All sorts of factors apply. However, I would estimate no less than 1500 per day, and no more than 2200 at your height/weight. You may also consult your doctor if it is a huge issue.
WOW I just read other peoples responses, and they are WAY OFF!!! Do not only eat 980 calories THAT IS NOT ENOUGH NO MATTER WHAT!!! 1500 MINIMUM TRUST ME!!!

Are you anorexic looking? If you're not, then do not worry about gaining weight, because once it's there, it's VERY difficult to lose if you gain too much. If you look way too skinny, like unhealthy skinny, then talk to a doctor, because this is an iportant question that shouldn't be answered through yahoo.

probably between 1500 and 2000. if you're athletic/active, you will need closer to 2500. if you're wicked active and exercise a ton (like a sports workout/game 4-6 days a week), you would need closer to 3000-4000.

oh thats cool im the same hieght and weigh what a covincidence. I would say take in 1,000 at the very least and 1,500 at the most to keep your weight.

when you register a new user it asks your age and stuff and it can give you all kinds of good information on how much calorie intake, you can input what you have eaten and it will tell you what you are missing out on nutrition wise, seriously check it out, I use it everyday to monitor my calorie intake (I am trying to loose weight)
