Diet and Exercise are the best way to permanently lose weight. There is the idea out there that surgery can permanently remove the fat. It does not. One theory out there is that we are genetically set to have a certain amount of fat cells in the body. If you remove them by surgery, they will just come back.

I think so, but be careful if you get Lipo because it could be dangerous. Good luck

YES, its does i had it done, just make sure you have a highly acredited surgeon to do if you dont you will be left with botched work (lumpy fat, bumps, or even sickness of skin)
