Is it the job of religion to make you feel guilty about something natural? No- but some power hungry religious people will use religion as a tool to make you feel guilt.

Masturbation is a harmless but inadequate substitute for sex.
Consider it your "relief valve", until you get a sexually active boyfriend / girlfriend.
