I think we'd need to know what kind of meds you are on before anyone made an informed guess.

Aside from meds - if you are actively feeling as if you are a danger to yourself you need to see your doctor right away. You need to go directly to the ER if you feel suicidal. Call a good friend, associate, or relative you trust to go with you and help you through the wait time if you go. If you can't seem to muster the will to get there, call a crisis center/suicide hotline. They'll help you make a plan that will work for you.

If these symptons do not appear when you have your medication, it stands to reason that you are properly medicated right? In this case the best person to tell you what your condition is, is the very doctor who prescribed your medication. Didn't he/she tell you? Then ASK.
It is your right to know everything about your condition. After you learn the name, do some research in the net and learn all about it, including natural means of controlling it, such as different exercises, nutrition changes, prayer and meditation etc...We are a whole, body, mind, spirit, one affecting the other and each affecting your whole disposition. You can not rely on medications alone. They are like a crutch only. Sooner or later you got to learn how to walk by yourself.
God bless you.

Just not taking your medicine for one day doesn't make a difference. I am bipolar, ADHD, passive agressive, clinically depressed, etc, and you would have to not be taking your medicine for a whole lot of time to be effected by it.
