Well, not really addicted, well, maybe. See, I want to look good in a bikini for summer so I want to firm mi stomache and butt FAST, but I cant stop eating junk food! If its in front of me, I eat it. Right now I'm eating a chocolate bunny! I'm not fat at all, I just want to know how to have control over what I eat!

haha well my cat just licked my chocolate bunny so now I have an excuse to throw it away.

Just stop! Have some self control! I know that it is hard, but it takes will power! Drink lots of water and don't buy junk food. If you do not have it around, you will not eat it. You can do it, just try!

Throw out the junk food and get healthy foods. You cannot eat what is not available.

find a vegetable that you like and eat that for a snack. People who eat breakfast aren't as hungry as people who skip breakfast, try that. i personally, love carrots, so i eat that for a snack or try a smoothie. Try the website below for great snacks!
