Okay, so i was on Jenny Craig last summer and i started when i weighed 225. I got down to 195 with the program. Since then I have lost an additional 10 pounds. i am now around 185, but i am 6'3" so i don't want to lose anymore weight, but i need to sculpt my body. I have a decent build, i have muscle, but i need a little more. i eat really well everyday and i work out 6 days a week. I have just started taking a protein shake after I work out hoping I can gain muscle that way. I am planning on doing the p90x program this summer when i get home from school. Does anyone have any suggestions in gaining muscle at this point?

have one gram of protein for every lb you are every day and not all in supplements, and increase your weights at the gym by 5 lbs every 7 days

Give yourself another rest day so that your body can rebuild. But continue to train hard.

Here is a link to an exercise program that changes weekly. You can use it once in a while to add some variety to your workouts.

Weight lifting, simple as that (but not so simple when you really do weight lifting)
