THC is found in the secretions produced by stalked glands that are found on the underside of leaves and, more densely, around the female flowering parts. Stems lack these hairs ... the only high you would get would come from carbon monoxide poisoning!

No, unless it is a highly potent strain that had trichs (resin glands) on the stem, but dont smoke them anyway, they have hormones humans are sensitive to. Put a crap load of them in a bowl, pour everclear, or isopropyl alchol, then take out the stems after the water gets green, put that on a pot of warm/kinda hot water, and let all of the alcohol evaporate and wait until just sticky stuff is left. smoke it, my friend did this yesterday with stems

No you can't.

You can catch a buzz from inhaling smoke of any kind at all, but it's not like being high from weed itself.

It's useless, don't bother.
