Wedding dresses have been traditionally red for good luck. White is the colour of mourning and death, used for funerals (Koreans became used to wearing white when there were a number of royal deaths in a short time during the Yi dynasty; in fact, it became customary to wear white). Only the King could have blue tiles for his roof under dynastic times. Gold is always good, since it represents wealth and money.

Koreans like very lively colours, often combining a number into stripes.

red is not the lucky color!
it's just a color that represents 붉은악마(the red devils) for the world cup!
koreans have been called the people of white(백의민족) for a long time.
but there's no one particular color that's considered as a lucky color.

There is no special color considered to be lucky in Korea. Purple tends to be regarded to be unlucky but I guess that there exists some western influence in it.
