Americans think that only if you are an american citizen you are a person and if you're not to them you are not a person, so they treat you like an animal. and then they wonder why so many countries hate them.

But being here illegally is!
Yes all the rights they had in what ever country they came from . They have no rights as illegal trespassers in this country unless they are applying for citizenship and want to be true citzens of this country. If they screw up before getting it they should be deported back to where ever they came from with a red flag sheet if there caught again in this country illegally they will be jailed for a minimum of 3 years and then deported again. The third time around make it 10years. Sooner of later they will stop trying to sneak in and apply for citizenship like there supposed to.

They have the right to go back to their home country. If they wish to live and work here then they have the right to legally apply for immigration like everyone else.

Yes they have rights but they have none in this country and they do not have the right to demand anything on American soil. If you think that they do have rights in this country then you are ignorant to say it nicely.

Well then, I guess I have every right to go though your personal stuff.
I should be able to come over to your house and make a sandwich, and take your clothes, go though all of your personal fiances.
IT SHOULD BE ALL RIGHTS CONSIDERING THAT IT IS A FELONY GOING THROUGH SOME-ONE ELSE'S STUFF.
THEN THEREFORE I WILL HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS TO DO SO, IF illegals has rights?
