Aside from the sugar content in Coke there is a more insidious result from drinking that stuff. I was at a lecture featuring a highly qualified medical professional here in Canada. He mentioned that that drink and others of a similar composition contained carbonic acid, which will absorb calcium from your bones!
If I have a party and someone leaves behind that beverage,
I use it to clean my toilet. It works like a charm and I have been informed that it works as a rust remover too. Drink up at you own risk
With regards to the diet variety of that and other productds, I would'nt touch them whith a ten foot pole or two 5 foot war criminals
I respect that a 10 year old would ask for this advice, you are more mature than your years-question everything is my advice to you, and get a number if answers to your questions and decide for yourself what is true and what is nonsence
Regards

A 20 oz of Coke has 240 calories so if you are drinking 30 that is 360! You could lose a pound evey 9 days or so if you quit drinking coke or switch to diet!

No, 'addicted' still applies, as coke/pepsi contain caffeine--an addictive substance.
My son lost 30 pounds in a few months just from cutting out soda! There are about 150 calories in a serving of soda--and those are empty calories--no nutritional value whatsoever. That's not to mention that too much soda can jeopardize your teeth, due to all of the sugar in it.

Dont give up coke or pepsi go for DIET coke or pepsi belive me it wont make you gain it has 0 calories. The regular one is a bit worse but isnt that bad either , there isnt any fat and grease in the regular one just sugar whats the worst a bit of sugar can do? Well still stay on the safe side and go for diet coke.

Soda can put on the pounds. I cut out coke for 5 weeks and lost over 25 lbs.

Here's a challenge. Switch to water for two weeks instead of any soda. The soda does not help any of the vital functions that go with weight loss.

110 pounds fat?
Addicted to soda pop
I think you should be more worried about tooth decay.
Besides I think you are one of those ladies who look very beautiful but look in the mirror and go
"I'm so ugly, I'm so ugly!"
Come now your probably very beautiful

coke is great if you want to lose weight...but you are 110 and that is already VERY teeny...so I would try and take a couple days off...eat something...and then party it up..
