If your talking about NASCAR in general, im sure Wendell Scott and Juan Pablo Montoya arent the only ones that were minorities/foriegners that won races
If your talking about Grand National/Winston Cup/Nextel Cup. Wendell Scott was the only minority to have won a race. Busch Series, Juan Pablo Montoya has that title as only minority, and no minorities yet have won a truck series race.

When most people say NASCAR they think only of the top SERIES, now called NEXTEL CUP SERIES. NASCAR sanctions other SERIES, like the Trucks, Busch, and the (name of the week) WEST. and probably some other stuff I don't know about.
Do you want winners in all those catagories?
And also when you say white, do you count Itialians as white? Spanish as white?
