He keeps staring at me, every where i go. even though he is really hot. It gets a little freaky sometimes. I am a year older then him. And when i try talking to him he puts his head down and mumbles. I said hi once to him in the halls at my school and he laughed a little and put his head down with a smile on his face and mumbled 'hi'. Does he like me or something? I hate it when guys do this, i just want to be friends why do they have to make it so awkward

yep he likes you just be like "hey kid i want to be friends i dont want a relationship right now i'm sorry but life has its ups and downs and this is just a down you'll find someone i promise." yepp haha i know kinda cheesy but it'll get the message through so good luck

If he does this he is really wierd. I think he is shy or somethin'.
Just try to talk to him, and he's shyness will be gone when you become his friend.
