Be confident. Many men like confidence.
Just be yourself. If you don't act like yourself, he isn't really noticing YOU.
If flirting is something you would normally do, flirt, but in a very subtle way. Smile at him when you see him.
Talk to him about things that he likes.
Don't dress provocatively because, yes that will get you noticed, but many men (at least a lot of the ones I know) won't think of you as a commitment, but rather, as someone to sleep with.

Talk to him, show interest in him. Too many women have the old fashioned idea that men HAVE to make the first move. We are oblivious to alot of the signals you send. Make it known.
