I got the cap off, but there is a plastic thing, and I cannot figure out how to get it to pour out

that plastic thing stayes in it just keep you from pouring out the bicardi at a fast rate. tip the bottle upside down over your cup and give it a shake it will pour. my bottle is the same way. good luck. p.s. tequilla bottles are the same way.

Is this trick question? It should pour out through the plastic cap inserted inside the lip. This prevents overpouring or spillage of the drink.

try using a knife to pry off the plastic shield, if that doesn't work try using a fork

pop it out if you don't want it but its a built in pourer so it don't come out so fast when your pouring shots

it should still pour, just slow is all.. but it does come out, you just have to pull it out..
