Every letter in the Hebrew Alphabet has an assigned number to is also. Can anyone find me a chart or list of this with the Hebrew letter in English?

The name for Hebrew numerology is Gematria. Do a Google search on "Gematria" and you'll find a number of websites. You'll be able to pick out the one that best suits your needs. (This is related to the study of Kabbalah.) It can get a little complicated, but it's really interesting and it's worth the time.
