no it will just help with some of the issues associated with the condition more specificaly by thininng the blood.

No. Factor 5 is not subject to aspirin. My mom has Factor 5 and 3 of us children have Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (sticky blood) also where no amount of aspirin will help. The only thing that helps is Warfarin.

No it can not cure the Leiden factor V. It will prevent complications of this condition such as strokes, blood clots. You have to keep hydrated and avoid long trips more than 2 hours as this causes blood clots. THe ASA is a blood thinner and defintely reduces complications of factor V deficiency
