you just have to be careful what you are downloading.. and be prepared for what ever that comes up.. i mean the downloaded files might not be the same as the file name suggests..... so. be careful.... I use bitcomet... its quite good but if you have problems with it you can use azureus... all the best..

Yes !! there is a pretty good chance that torrents COULD contain viruses,spywares etc , but its NOT necessary , try private sites which require you to register on their sites , this way u will get scanned and trustworthy stuff

The best torrent client in my opinion is utorrent -- www.utorrent.com ( it contains no spyware ,no virus and its open-source )

they can be. the bit torrent program itself will not have any virues in it, althought it may include spyware and or email spam if you enter your email.

when you are downloading anything from a non secure user meaning a safe site/company you have a chance in gettinga virus.

i would def. not download any software of any sort, games, office pograms, music programs. these will contain the viruses, plus you are more likely to get caught by the "microsoft police". god u don't want that. lol
