Abby, it sounds as though you could be having an "attention getting spell," from your Higher Self, or God. Or you could be on a direct path to the looney bin.

Here's how you can tell. Direct your thought to the source of the sound. Simply respond something like, "What do you want?" Or perhaps, "Who are you?" Then clear you mind and listen for the answer. If you get one, carry on the conversation just as you would with someone who you had just met.

Let me know how things turn out if you want, or if you have any more questions regarding psychic perception.

And....uhhhhhh.....if you hear it telling you to do something that will hurt you or others, please seek customary care for psychic disorders.

Other than that, open up and get ready for a world of awareness that you would never imagine.

Regards,

Chris

I had the same experience many years ago. I went without sleep for two months. I made an appointment with a psychiatrist because I thought I might be losing my mind. But on the night before my appointment, it was happening again, and I yelled at God. I said "You have not kept your promise. You are supposed to help me!" I heard a voice say, "But you don't need any help." Somehow, in that crisis, I suddenly saw what I really am, and that, indeed, no harm could be done to me, spiritually. And then I heard glass break, like a break in a two month long fit of tension. I could not find the source for the sound in my immediate environment so I fell asleep peacefully. The next day I went to see someone I had always thought of as my friend, to tell her about my experience. Her kitchen window was broken. She admitted to me that she had been using black magic to try to get me to kill myself because of a man. She had suddenly realized the night before that she could not harm me, and she threw a shoe that hit her window and broke it.

Because of what she did, I received the best blessing in the world, that view of the true nature of reality. I have never forgotten and I am grateful to her. I would not have believed that she could do this to me, but there it is.

Pray to God, in Jesus name, that you will be shown whatever may be necessary to keep you on the right path. You know that prayer will indeed be answered. Then relax, and keep your eyes open. It's perfectly fine for you to use the brain God gave you. Having doubts about religions is not the same as doubting God will make sure to reveal to you what you need to know, especially if you ask it in Jesus name.

Sweetheart the christian should have the sweetest sleep. First of all religion is worthless, thats right worthless. Christianity is a reality, not a religion. God is your Father. He loves you and wants whats best for you. Worry is a waste of time. When you go to bed at night just say Father i love you,and trust you. I give everything that is out of my control to You. I can't handle it but You can. Ask Him to touch your heart, and feel the warmth of His Spirit. He will come to those that seek Him.

So what does faith, religion and God have to do with where "YOU" think you should be. Try to be a good person and good to others. Try to be harmless to you and to lead a harmless life. Try to love yourself, without ego, without fear and with compassion and forgiveness. You can love yourself with or without having a label. You can't escape, because you want to be rescued. Sorry, not God, not other "Christians", or any other person can do this for you except you.

someone i love shared this wisdom to me and i want to share it with you. Go out side pick one leaf off of a tree...after you study it look at another and another until you are able to see how perfect you are. If god has a perfect plan for a tree, he also has a perfect plan for you. Look around life is very beautiful....and so are you.

Obviously your "heart" and head aren't in alignment. This may have not even be related to religious issues. You need to get to the heart of the issue that's keeping you awake. If talking to friends does not help, consider a therapist.

Call upon the name of the Lord! Boldly and out loud confess "God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind" 2 Timothy 1:7 The spoken word becomes the living word so please speak these words out Loud! Satan must flee.

We all have periods, if not continual, doubts, weakness, wonder if we are doing as we should...
In your case and right now, perhaps He is trying to get your attention about something.

Giving up on Christianity is not the end of the world. In fact, it opens up a whole new, wider one.
