Appendix will not stop hurting, and if it is the case you should go to the emergency room because it can be dangerous.
If it hurts only when you press over it, you could have a hernia. Did it start after some exercise or physical effort?
It can also be from your ovaries. Did you have intercourse in the last few months? If yes, you may be having a tube pregnancy (regardless if you used protection or not, no protecion is full proof), which needs immediate attention as well.
If it keeps hurting, go to the emergency room.

Usually the appendix hurts when released from being pressed on, usually not always. You might just be having a bladder/kidney infection. I would go to the doc in the morning if not any better. The er will take sooo long and they usually don't catch some things. Just go to the doc.

Definitely seek medical attention. It can be a number of things appendicitis included. It isnt normal to have pain on palpitation and the low grade temperature is troubling as well. Sounds a lot like appendicitis which can be dangerous if they rupture.

Yes, you should go to the emergency room, because your appendix can rupture and set up an infection, it can actually kill you. For peace of mind go to the emergency room, especially being you are starting to run a fever
