Abby, it sounds as though you could be having an "attention getting spell," from your Higher Self, or God. Or you could be on a direct path to the looney bin.
Here's how you can tell. Direct your thought to the source of the sound. Simply respond something like, "What do you want?" Or perhaps, "Who are you?" Then clear you mind and listen for the answer. If you get one, carry on the conversation just as you would with someone who you had just met.
Let me know how things turn out if you want, or if you have any more questions regarding psychic perception.
And....uhhhhhh.....if you hear it telling you to do something that will hurt you or others, please seek customary care for psychic disorders.
Other than that, open up and get ready for a world of awareness that you would never imagine.
Regards,
Chris

Pray to god. Pray and be honest to him. Give him thanks for all good things that you have and ask him for an answer, pray that's all I can advice you. It really works. Talk to him, tell him exactly how you feel. Do not give up. Contact me if you want at anytime. I used to feel when I was praying like he didn't hear me and like I had a hole in my heart followed by a deep sadness...I felt so bad and I always tried to do good and keep away from all bad things and bad influences but then things changed, the empty space in my life is filled, I know that God is listening and I know that I am not talking alone or wasting my time and if I am sad it would be for another reason not for that and when I'm sad or scared then I feel better because I know that God is with me, that he loves me and that someday I will not be sad anymore and I will be with him. God loves you and he's with you. Hope this help! :-) Ask God to take away those feelings and ask him to guide you and find the right way. I'll pray for you too.

Here are some scriptures of comfort when those thoughts come to you. Memorize and repeat them instead when the feelings come to you. I will pray for you as well Abby.
Isaiah 26:3 "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee."
Jesus said in John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. "
Paul wrote in Philippians 4:8"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."
Philippians 2:5"Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus"
Jesus told his disciples Matthew 28:20 "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Think on some of these scriptures Abby. Jesus is with us always. Only the devil is called the accuser of the brothern so don't listen to him. Instead think of all the good things God has done in your life now. Philippians 4:8 is good. Memorize that one and God will help you along with those who pray for you also.
