I mean, about once every 2 months, a lady would come up to me in a bar and ask if she can play with my curly hair. Do they find it interesting? Why?

Because girls love touching soft curly hair and i suggest that you wash your hair everytime someone does touch your hair because you dont know where their hands been. I use to have the same problem and boys and girls would be all up in my hair.

Girls or ladies just love to play with curly hair! It feels so soft and cuddlely.
No offense to you directly, but its sort of like how people like to pet dogs or cats. The fur is so soft and thick and smooth, it begs to be petting, just like your curly hair "begs" to be played with! Count yourself blessed and let them play with it!

Well, theyre flirting and trying to act cute. It's an excuse to touch you or tease you. I guess I like rubbing my hands through curly hair too, its cute & feels niceee=)
