I have been looking for a Cold Air Intake for my 1992 Mercury Topaz, It Has a 2.3 Engine, Could any help me out with a place where I could buy a Cold Air Intake system, Thanks alot

Don't believe it exists. Then again, a cold air intake on any car, not equipted with one from factory, is a waste. Some Vehicles don't have any kits, try searching for a cold air kit for a 1989 Ford Ranger with the 2.9L V6, it doesn't exist. Try making one custom or search web forums for kits that work from other vehicles, with slight modification. Like for example, the generation 1 Dodge Neon's cold air kit is a direct bolt on for the 1989 Ford Ranger with the 2.9L, you just have to bent a bracket, from facing one way, bend it all the way back so its facing the other, then bang-o, direct bolt in. Thats the cone style air filter, and custom tubing i'm talking about.
If you're meaning a replacement of the air box, ect, then a salvage yard will be your best bet, it will be a lot cheaper then dealer, and it will only be the dealer that offers it, no aftermarket here.

You can try most any junk yard. Ford still offers the part new also. The part is the same from 1991 to 1993 you should have little problem locating one there are thousands in wrecking yards. The Ford tempo is the same part.
