I've lured myself into a high stress lifestyle. I don't let out my emotions and they tend to build up inside. I dont feel like crying or anything, but I get mad easily and lash out sometimes. How can I calm down a little bit and be a more positive person? Are there any ways to soothe this?

(I'm not looking for: "get rid of or get away from the things that stress you out")
Thanks

Excercising will help. Sometime vigorously. When your alone (like at home or somewhere like that) Screaming. You can also try a stress ball. You can get one at Wal-Mart in the $.88 area for $.88! I got one and I liked it. But I don't really get stress and if I do, I cry! Or Yell or just spend time by myself.

a good way to release tension is to do something that is a little more simpler. like maybe you could go to the gym, or go jogging. perhaps you could think about what you say before you speak. {i didn't intend on that sounding so rude}. what is it that you do that is so stress full? let out your emotions. you should never lock away what you feel because it will become ten times as worse. express yourself.

Try yoga (pleople say that men that practice yoga are better in bed). Another suggestion lavender oil, get some in your car (buy it in health stores) rub it in the palm of you hands (smells like men cologne) and just smell it, when youhand get warm for stress you will get the oil evaporated, and you will smell it and it will calm you down, or just use a lavender cologne. How about a dancing class? You get relaxation and girls!!!. Hope it helps. Good luck :-)
