I would like to find a way to do a differential backup every night as a sleep onto my External Hard Drive. Is there any software I can download or that is already on Windows to do this? It'd also be nice if I could also specifically choose what files for it to check for changes and back up. Thanks

yes you can use the NT Backup utility that you can find in system tools under accessories..... that can do a good scheduled backup...
