Is this a joke? If you have windows, go to start,programs accessories,then click on paint! If you don't even have windows then I feel bad for you.

it is bundled in software on most computers so you most likely have it already installed. If I knew your O.S. I could tell you where to look for it.

if you cant find it under accessories just click on start - run and type in mspaint and click on ok... that should start paint....
