Charles Robert Darwin (12 February 1809 – 19 April 1882) is famed as the eminent English naturalist[I] who presented a mass of evidence which persuaded the scientific community that species develop over time from a common origin. His theories explaining this phenomenon through natural and sexual selection are central to the modern understanding of evolution as the unifying theory of the life sciences, essential in biology and important in other disciplines such as anthropology, psychology and philosophy.[1]
Darwin developed his interest in natural history while studying first medicine, then theology, at university.[2] His five-year voyage on the Beagle established him as a geologist whose observations and theorising supported Charles Lyell's uniformitarian ideas, and the subsequent publication of his journal of the voyage made him famous as a popular author. Puzzled by the geographical distribution of wildlife and fossils he collected on the voyage, he investigated the transmutation of species and conceived his theory of natural selection in 1838. He had seen others attacked for such heretical ideas and confided only in his closest friends while carrying out extensive research to meet anticipated objections.[3] However, in 1858, Alfred Russel Wallace sent him an essay describing a similar theory, forcing early joint publication of both of their theories.[4]
His 1859 book, On the Origin of Species, established evolution by common descent as the dominant scientific explanation of diversification in nature. Human origins and features without obvious utility such as beautiful bird plumage were examined in The Descent of Man, and Selection in Relation to Sex, followed by The Expression of the Emotions in Man and Animals. His research on plants was published in a series of books, and in his final book, he examined earthworms and their effect on soil.[5]
In recognition of Darwin's pre-eminence, he was buried in Westminster Abbey, close to John Herschel and Isaac Newton.

Darwin doesn't exist anymore. He died a long time ago. But unlike your Jesus, we can actually point to Darwin's grave and say "There he is." We also have the books which Darwin wrote, plus the testimonies of the men who sailed with him on the HMS Beagle. Also, there are actual photographs of Darwin in existence.
Not to mention the fact the things written in Darwin's books make a whole lot more sense than the fairy tales in the bible.

god is imaginary and does not exist
darwin also does not exist. he died some time back but there is valid evidence that he did once exist.
There is zero evidence that god exists and very little to show that Jeezee Christee ever existed, although, even as a strong atheist, I will accept that he did. However, that being the case, it is clear that he, too, was deluded and was only a man. Nothing more.
Yet, the deluded still hang on to their crutch of superstition. Pathetic people.
In passing, the bible is not the word of god but the collected ramblings of some incoherent MEN.

The bible is obviously NOT the word of God. God did not claim that the sky is glass with water above it. I think he might have known better than that. God never said women on their periods are unclean. That is the statement of a primitive and not a supreme being. God never said it is forbidden to eat pork. Unwise in olden times maybe, but not a sin. God did not worry that people might get to heaven by building a very tall building. There is so much of that kind of thing mixed in with things God might say, such as pray for your enemies, the kingdom of heaven is within you, and blessed are the poor in spirit. Whether Darwin existed is not nearly as interesting as the theory he proposed, and since no one asks you to worship Darwin, it's hardly comparable.

even with the actual shown reality that i'm no longer an atheist (in reality i'm very religious) and that i do no longer believe Darwin's theories, i ought to allow you to comprehend that your argument only would not get up. It would not comport with effortless sense to disclaim Darwin's life the same way many deny God's life.

There is plenty of evidence that Darwin existed. I'll even accept that there is reasonable evidence that someone called Jesus existed and that his preaching had a significant influence on the Jewish communities in and around Judea. There is no evidence that God exists.

Lots of books, written by lots of people including him. Photos, etc. Tons of documentation.
Who actually wrote the Bible?
What outside documentation from eyewitnesses exist for the Bible?
The sourcing for the Bible sucks. I am not saying that I disbelieve everything in it, but there is a reason to take it with a grain of salt.

Breaking news! Darwin is a big lie, just like Santa Claus, and the tooth fairy. The revisionistic, politically correct , fictional history books tell us that we evolved from monkeys, apes, etc. Why are there monkeys and apes today not involved in or at any stage of evolution. Where is the missing link?Darwinism is a theory tantamount to the current theory of global warming.

Once again, the bible is not the word of God. It is a collection of writings and they began assembling it in about 600 BC and finished assembling it, soon, any day now, honest.
Darwin is recent enough that we still have papers and artifacts directly from him, including a body in a grave.
