I'm 5' 6" and I weigh 133 pounds. I'm comfortable (for the most part) with my weight, but my arms are flabby! I love wearing tank tops in the summer but I am self-conscious about it. I try to drink at least 2 bottles of water a day (but I do drink a lot of soda). I don't regularly exercise at the moment (except for walking). Will lifting small weights every day help me to lose some of this undersirable arm fat, or do I need to do more?

What has helped me a whole lot was "shadow boxing". That is just plainly punching in the air or like you are trying to hit someone in a fast repetitive motion for like three minutes ( if you can) each session.

cut out the soda a bit and lift weights i am 140 pounds and 5'5" and i work out a lot and i noticed i put on a lot of weight because my muscle mass increased. i noticed that lifting 10 lb weights gave me nice muscles in my upper arms. being that your a girl you dont wanna look jacked because thats just nasty on a girl but work out enough with hand weights that when you look at your arm normally it will look regular but when you flex it you can see your muscle. and what that guy said about shadow boxing i belive will help you a lot too
