Drink lots and lots of water and walk and walk and walk. Try to eat every 3 hours or so to keep your body metabolism going.

Jenny Craig. I did it last summer, and lost about 30 pounds in 3 months. You still get enough food and it doesn't taste bad. The fact that you have someone monitoring your weight and eating every week makes you WANT to lose weight for you and whoever is keeping track of your weight and inches. It's one of the best at helping you keep the weight off too. I still eat well and get a better body over time because of what they taught me. Just make sure you are working out almost every day too. try it.
